1. Eligibility
- Anyone above 18 years old can register as an affiliate.
- Affiliates must provide valid details during registration (name, email, phone number, and UPI ID).
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn [X% commission] (you will decide exact % later) on every successful sale made through their unique referral code or link.
- Commission is calculated only on the final sale amount (after discounts, refunds, or cancellations).
3. Payment Process
- Payments will be made via UPI transfer only to the UPI ID submitted during registration.
- Payouts are processed once every [7/15/30 days] (you decide cycle).
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹[100]. If earnings are below this, they will carry forward to the next cycle.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates may promote Kattar Clothing through social media, personal networks, blogs, or direct referrals.
- No spam, fake advertising, or misleading claims are allowed.
- Affiliates must not use Kattar Clothing’s name/logo for paid ads without prior approval.
5. Refunds & Returns
- If a customer cancels or returns an order, the affiliate commission for that order will be deducted from future payouts.
- If a product is refunded due to company error, commission will still be valid.
6. Termination
- Kattar Clothing reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account if found violating these terms (fraudulent sales, fake referrals, misuse, etc.).
- Termination will result in forfeiture of pending commissions.
7. Liability
- Affiliates act as independent promoters and are not employees of Kattar Clothing.
- Kattar Clothing is not responsible for taxes or liabilities on affiliate earnings. Affiliates are responsible for declaring income as per law.
8. Updates
- Kattar Clothing may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Affiliates will be notified via email or website update.
Affiliate Payout Rules
Commission & Payment Policy
At Kattar Clothing, we value transparency and fair practices for all individuals participating in our commission-based sales program. Please read the following carefully:
1. Commission Rate
- Each registered participant will earn 10% commission on the sale value of every confirmed product sold using their unique referral code.
- Commission is calculated on the final price paid by the customer (excluding refunds, cancellations, or invalid orders).
2. Payment Cycle
- For the first week of participation, commissions will be paid out on the following Sunday (i.e., with a one-week delay).
- From the second week onward, commissions will be credited every Sunday for the previous week’s confirmed sales.
- Example: Sales made between Monday–Sunday (Week 2) will be paid on the Sunday of Week 3.
3. Eligibility for Commission
- Only completed, delivered, and non-returned orders are eligible for commission.
- Orders cancelled, refunded, or found fraudulent will not be counted.
4. Payout Method
- All payments will be transferred via bank account / UPI as provided by the participant during registration.
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹100 (amounts below this will be carried forward to the next cycle).
5. Responsibility of Participants
- Participants are responsible for promoting products ethically.
- Any misuse, spamming, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification and withholding of commissions.
